Arrival Location & Time:
Please visit our website to learn more (https://www.uscga.edu/visit/). Major airport in the vicinity are Bradley International & T.F. Green. Staying in Mystic, CT is my personal recommendation. If you arrive early and wish to have coffee or breakfast, you are welcome to visit the Student Center Café for coffee or the Dry Dock Café for breakfast, both located in Leamy Hall. The USCGA is a military facility. As such, all visitors are required to provide a valid driver’s license. Minors under the age of 18 are able to access the campus without a passport or license as long as their guardian has a valid ID.

Students & Parents:
All students will be provided complimentary lunch and will eat in the Wardroom with their Cadet host. Parents are welcome to join Admissions Staff for a catered Admissions lunch on campus.

Dress Attire:
Students will be in college classes throughout the day, please dress appropriately. If you intend to observe a sports practice after the program, please arrange in advance with the Coach and bring a change of athletic clothes.
